ChatINZ provides AI-powered immigration information, consultation support, and related digital services. Our services are for informational and advisory purposes only and do not replace official decisions made by Immigration New Zealand or other authorities.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by users.

3. Payments

All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee visa approval, immigration success, or any specific outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, and materials on this website are the property of ChatINZ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Refund Policy

1. Digital Services

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payments
System errors
Service not delivered

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
